Delete your snapLog account

You can permanently delete your snapLog account and all associated data at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open snapLog and tap your profile picture (top‑right) to open Settings.
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Confirm twice. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Email connect@skysolutionsai.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". After we verify it's you, we delete your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account: your profile, all voice and text captures and uploaded audio, extracted events, moods, goals, reminders, streaks, achievements, insights, and any friend connections. This is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not retain a copy afterwards.

Note about subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel snapLog Pro separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
